What ages are allowed?

All shows at JJ’s Live are ALL-AGES, unless specified. No one admitted under the age of 16 without a parent or guardian.

What about Inclement Weather?

Performances will be presented rain or shine, but in the case of severe weather it is possible that the concert will be delayed. Any decision about delay or postponement will be made by the artist and venue management and all announcements regarding weather delay will be made on location and via JJ’s Live social media platforms. Only in a rare event will a concert be cancelled.

Prior to the concert, check the JJ’s Live Facebook page or Twitter page for any updates. During the concert, any weather-related messages would be conveyed onsite via loudspeakers and video displays and online via social media.

If a show is postponed due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event and your tickets will be good for the rescheduled date. If the show is canceled and not rescheduled, we will issue full refunds to all purchasers.

Refunds will only be issued in the event the show is canceled.

What is your ``clear bag`` policy?

We have a clear bag policy for all bags brought into JJ’s Live. What that means: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” Or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar) and small clutch purses, no larger than 5.5” x 8.5”, the size of the palm of your hand, with or without a handle or strap All clear bags and clutch purses will be screened prior to entry into the venue. All bags and purses not meeting the above requirements will not be permitted. Although permitted, childcare items, including diapers, must also be carried in an approved clear bag.

The following list identifies some prohibited items; however, JJ’s Live staff has the right to refuse any personal property that is a potential hazard to others and any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous (see Clear Bag Policy above for more details):

Drones
Fireworks
Glass or metal containers
Glow sticks
Go-Pro Cameras

Illegal drugs (of any kind)
Inflatables (beach balls, balloons, chairs, sofas, etc.)
iPads, tablets or gaming devices

Skateboards, scooters or any wheeled devices other than ADA compliant modes

Cameras

Small non-professional personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT VENUE APPROVAL. This policy is subject to change based on the artist or event. Some artists do not permit photography or recording, so please check on the show you are attending to make sure cameras are allowed. Cameras must fit in pocket, small clutch bag.

Are you handicapped accessible?

We have a designated ADA section and tickets available for each show’s ticketing page.

Do you still serve food?

Yes! We are currently offering Burgers, Pizza, and various concession snacks. The food area is located in the back left of the venue, look for the “FOOD” sign.

What about outside food or beverages?

No food or beverages from sources outside of JJ’s Live are allowed inside of the venue.

What about smoking/vaping?

There is no smoking allowed inside the JJ’s Live indoor venue, but we have 2 designated smoking area’s outside.

What about parking?

There is limited parking behind the bank next to us, they are first come, first serve. Other than that you can find free/paid parking in the lots surrounding our venue. Please be aware of NO PARKING signs, you will be towed in those spots/businesses.

Ticket Scalping

Please be aware that Prekindle.com and Stubs.net are the only authorized sellers of tickets for JJ’s Live.
Event tickets purchased from a source other than Prekindle.com, Stubs.net or JJsLive.com may not be honored for admission. JJ’s Live is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, so please exercise caution in making ticket purchases.

If you have questions about the validity of your tickets, email us at [email protected] and we can look at the tickets to see if they’re legitimate. Please send us a picture or email from your purchase, specifically the order number on your received tickets.

Re-Entry

Once your ticket has been scanned and you are inside the JJ’s Live building premises, there is no re-entry back into the venue.

No Soliciting

We know that your cause is great and we appreciate what you’re doing, you just can’t do it on our property to our patrons. If we catch you soliciting on our property we will very nicely ask you to leave.
